Which languages do you translate?

• I only translate from English to German, or vice versa.

How much do you charge?

• Translation fees are usually calculated based on the source document’s number of words. This way we both know how much a certain job will cost in advance.
  For other types of jobs where the work load is more difficult to estimate beforehand, e.g. editing or proofreading jobs, I will give you an hourly rate and a rough estimate how long it might take.
  Either way, please ask me for a quote.

How long will my translation take?

• Of course, this will depend on my current workload. Usually, anything between one or two days and a fortnight. If you have a hard deadline I will always let you know whether I can deliver in time before you order the translation.

What payment methods do you accept?

• My preferred payment method is bank transfer, e.g. SEPA in Europe or ACH in the US. I’m happy to use other payment services if this is not your preferred option.
